Traditional domestic induction heating power supplies generally use analog control circuits, and there are many inherent shortcomings for both manufacturers and users:
1) The analog control circuit uses a large number of separate components and circuit boards, which will inevitably lead to high hardware costs and reduced system reliability;
2) Due to the aging problem and thermal drift of the components, the output performance of the induction power supply will be reduced;
3) Product upgrades are difficult, and the control system must be changed, which is inseparable from the improvement of the hardware system;
4) The monitoring function of analog control is limited. Once a failure occurs, it is generally limited to sound and light alarms, which causes great inconvenience.

7) It has overload and over-temperature protection functions to ensure that the workpiece will not be damaged during the heating process;
8) It has the function of memory and storage of heating parameters, so that the processing of different workpieces does not need to set the heating parameters separately;
9) It is designed with RS485 and other communication methods, which can be easily connected to PLC control to realize the automatic production and processing and fault diagnosis of the whole machine;
10) Use an infrared thermometer to accurately measure the temperature of the stator sleeve, and upload the real-time temperature data to the PLC and heating controller for precise temperature control;
11) The operation is simple, and the requirements for operators are low, thus greatly reducing the cost of human resources for the enterprise;
12) The device has high versatility and reduces the types of parts;

14) Debug before leaving the factory, and it can be directly aged after assembly.
