Stainless steel bellows requires very high welding technology; if the welding technology is not mature, it may cause perforation, water leakage, rust and other problems in the bellows.

Stainless steel welding can be divided into five steps:
The first step: welding ring determination according to the product gap and penetration requirements, calculate the appropriate welding ring size.
The third step: tooling positioning. According to the size of the product to be welded, a suitable positioning tooling is made. Suitable tooling is an important factor to ensure the consistency of product welding.
The third step: cleaning the pipeline. Because the pipeline is of metal nature, some waste slag will be generated in the pipe due to oxidation, and some waste slag will affect the welding effect. Therefore, before using welding, we apply emery cloth or paper to grind off the waste slag in the pipe.
The fourth step: master the welding time. Generally speaking, set the automatic welding parameters according to the diameter of the welding product to be welded.
Step 5: Post-welding treatment After high-temperature welding, there will be a certain degree of oxidation, so cleaning is required, and different concentrations of cleaning agents are selected according to the degree of oxidation.
