Disassembly principle
Disassembly and assembly by temperature difference method: The temperature difference method is an assembly method that heats the swelling and shrinks the contained part, or cools the contained part, and can also heat the contained part and cool the contained part at the same time to obtain a fit. It is called the temperature difference method for disassembly and assembly.
Thermal disassembly is based on the disassembly principle of the temperature difference method. When the entire workpiece is heated by electromagnetic induction, a certain temperature difference will occur between the contained part and the contained part. The matching gap between the containing part and the contained part is correspondingly enlarged. This makes it easier to disassemble the mating workpiece. In the same way, if the contained part is heated, the contained part is cooled or the temperature does not change, and the temperature difference is generated, and the contained part can be put into the contained part.

Precautions
1. During the disassembly process, pay attention to the heating rate. Avoid damage to the surface of the workpiece.
2. Theoretically, in the process of hot disassembly and hot fitting, the heating expansion value must be greater than the fit interference value, so that the workpiece can be removed or assembled smoothly and safely.
