Features of Electromagnetic Melting Furnace:
1)This product can be used alone for melting or heat preservation, and the alloy grades produced can be changed by replacing the crucible, and the application is flexible and convenient.
2)Furnace uses fiber wool, thermal insulation bricks, mullite bricks, and castables, and the temperature rise of the furnace wall ≤ ambient temperature + 25°C.
3)The electromagnetic heating power supply adopts imported components and DSP or ARM all-digital control circuit. The equipment has a rich communication interface supporting optical fiber, Ethernet, RS485, Profibus, CAN and other industrial buses, which can realize remote control.
4)The dual control of molten aluminum and furnace atmosphere temperature extends the furnace life. The temperature control adopts PID closed-loop control, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±3℃.
5)Non-contact heating, due to the self-heating effect of the crucible, greatly reduces all kinds of impurities in the aluminum liquid, and no bottoming and scaling phenomenon.
6)Compared with ordinary resistance furnaces, this product can save 20%-40% of electricity. The equipment is small in size, high in efficiency, low in energy consumption, and faster in melting and heating.
7)The use of silicon carbide graphite crucible heating elements will not cause the phenomenon of increasing iron and silicon, easy to replace, and the service life of the crucible is ≥ 6 months;
8)The oil tank can support the furnace body to pour 90 degrees to pour out all the molten metal in the crucible, which is convenient for changing metal grades, easy to clean the slag, simple operation, safe and reliable.
