Induction Hardening
Customer Background:
The customer is a local mechanical processing company that has been operating for more than ten years. He has been using high-frequency machines for quenching before and has three years of experience in use. The 80kw simulator used by the customer before, but there are also some problems in the process of use. When high-frequency quenching is performed on the stepped shaft and some more complex accessories, the power cannot be adjusted in real time, and the parameters must be shut down and restarted each time. It is particularly troublesome to use, and the processing precision and quality are not enough. This time I bought a digital high-frequency machine after a customer introduction, and the problem was solved. The digital high-frequency machine is controlled by software. As long as the parameters are set, it will operate according to the program's operating instructions, which greatly reduces their work intensity. At the same time, the heating accuracy is high and the quenching effect is very good.
