Induction brazing is gradually replacing the traditional flame brazing process. It has the remarkable characteristics of fast heating speed, higher efficiency and more energy saving.
Induction brazing is easier to inspect and adjust, reduces the risk of overheating, and reduces the probability of unqualified brazing joints. Since induction brazing is produced in the parent material, it will not affect the surrounding parts or parts during the heating process, such as painted surfaces, refrigerator air conditioner boxes, plastic electrical components or cable ties. There is no need to pre-set heat insulation objects like flame brazing to prevent flame damage to other parts or parts. More importantly, there is no burning gas consumption, no flame, no more heat radiation, so that induction brazing provides a more environmentally friendly and safer working environment.
At the same time, the inductor is cooled using internal cooling water, so the inductor will not overheat due to continuous heating during the heating process. Since induction heating is local heating, the heating speed is very fast, which will also improve production efficiency.
Flame brazing is widely used due to its low investment cost. However, flame brazing is highly dependent on the level of operators. At the same time, because of low efficiency, more operators have to be hired. However, there is no guarantee that each brazing has the same quality level, and the repeatability is extremely poor. The induction heating power supply and dedicated brazing machine tools provided by Polaris-etek will ensure perfect brazing quality and repeatability, while also reducing operating costs and increasing profits.
