High-Frequency Welding of Automobile
Process status:
Due to the many types and inconsistent quantities of aluminum parts in automobile air conditioners, it is difficult to use furnace brazing in this welding process. At present, artificial flame brazing is commonly used. Artificial flame brazing has disadvantages such as high temperature, glare, smoke, noise, and high-intensity work. At the same time, flame welding will also bring environmental pollution and serious safety hazards. At the same time, flame welding requires operators to have high skills, so flame welding relies heavily on talents. Because there are so many disadvantages in flame welding, today, we have introduced a new welding process-non-cremated brazing.
Traditional welding process:
No cremation brazing No cremation brazing is a brazing method that does not generate flames during the entire welding process. Therefore, no cremation brazing is a clean and safe welding method. Today we are talking about non-creme brazing mainly refers to induction brazing. Induction brazing is one of many brazing methods. It does not use heat radiation to heat the metal, but uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to make the metal itself generate heat. This heating method has the advantages of high energy utilization rate and rapid heating, and only uses electric energy, has the characteristics of low energy consumption, low pollution, low hazard, and low manual skills requirements, which has attracted wide attention. For many years, due to the limitations of equipment accuracy and control methods, the application of induction brazing in aluminum welding has not been ideal. But it wasn't until the emergence of Beichen Yike's all-digital induction heating equipment and the rich experience we have accumulated in aluminum alloy welding for many years. We have improved the accuracy of the equipment and changed the control method of the traditional induction heating power supply. Our all-digital software control method combined with the high-precision heating power supply makes the induction brazing of aluminum alloy a reality.
In the following, we will introduce the welding application of induction brazing brought by "Beichen Yike" in automotive air-conditioning pipelines with three welding cases of pressure plate products.
